What a workflow, a block and a wire are, and every block the app offers.

Blocks

A workflow is a canvas of blocks. Each block does one thing and hands what it makes to the next one down a wire. Every block below is one the app offers today.

  • Writer

An AI model writes text, or a list of scenes.

  • Shot list

Told the idea and what is said, a writer model plans the shots for the layout of the Video editor this feeds, on every run: for each one, the part of the screen it fills, the kind of shot, what it shows and for how long, with one style line for the whole video. Wire its clips into a Video block's prompt. It costs what a Writer's answer costs.

  • Image

Makes a picture from a prompt.

  • Video

Makes a clip from a prompt, optionally starting from an image.

  • Voice

    Reads text aloud.

  • Music

Makes music or a whole song from a description.

  • Sound effect

Makes a short sound effect or background ambience from a description.

  • 3D model

Makes a 3D object from a prompt or a picture.

  • Motion graphics

Animated titles, captions, end cards and your logo, drawn on this machine with Remotion. Free, unless a model designs it from your description.

  • Chart animation

Charts, graphs of functions and worked steps that draw themselves, as in a maths or data explainer. You write the steps, or a model writes them for you to change. Drawn on this machine, free.

  • Picture editor

Changes a picture without repainting it: its size, its background, a shadow, its colours, and words and brand pictures laid over it. Every picture that arrives is given the same look, for free. Told what to do, a writer model edits each one on every run.

  • Video editor

Joins clips with narration and music into one video, for free. Told what to do, a writer model edits them on a timeline on every run: the order, the trims, titles and subtitles.

  • Search and pick

Told what to find, a writer model searches where you tick and chooses, on every run: your own Gallery (what you made before, and what you added to workflows and brand kits), and stock libraries of pictures, clips and sound that are free to use. Wire what it chooses into an Image block as its reference pictures, or into a Video editor as its clips.

  • Variable

Files of your own, as one value or a list: a product photo, a start frame, a voice-over. Any block after this one can take them.

  • Brand kit

A saved style guide and pictures, shared by every workflow that uses it.

  • Memory

Reads a memory: what you wrote on the Memory page, and what a Save to memory block kept on earlier runs. Any block after this one can take it. Free: no model is asked.

  • Save to memory

Keeps the text that reaches it in a memory when the run gets here, for a Memory block to read on a later run, in this workflow or another. What you wrote yourself is never changed. Free: no model is asked.

  • Post

Sends the clip that reaches it to one of your connected social accounts, there and then, on every run. You write the title and the caption, or a writer model writes them from your notes, the way a person would. Posting is free; the writing costs what a short answer costs.

  • Output

Gathers what the workflow hands back, of any kind, in one place to look at and download. Free: nothing is made here.

Around the canvas

The blocks you can add are listed down the left. On the right there is one column, and the top bar's Chat, Models, KPIs and Help each show what they open in it, one at a time: nothing opens over the canvas, and the chat keeps its conversation while another is shown.

Click a block to open it: on its left, what the other blocks make; in the middle, what goes into it and how it is set; on its right, what it made, or the chat about that block on a tab beside it. In a narrow window each part has a tab of its own.
