Motaclip
Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
These are the terms for using Motaclip. They are written in plain words on purpose. The parts about money are in section 4, and what happens to your data is in the privacy policy.
1. The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Mota Software (“we”, “us”), in Thailand, for using Motaclip (“the app”). By making an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you use the app for a company or another person, you confirm that you are allowed to agree to these terms for them. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to have an account.
- Give an email address you can be reached at, and keep your password to yourself. What is done through your account is your responsibility.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has got into your account.
3. What the app does
Motaclip lets you chain AI models into workflows that make text, pictures, video, voice, music and 3D models, edit what they make, and keep it. The models themselves are run by other companies; the app sends them what each step needs and brings back the result.
Because of that, which models are offered, what they cost and how well they work can change, and a model may be withdrawn by the company that runs it. We work to keep the app available and working, but we do not promise that it will always be, or that a model will always give the result you wanted.
4. Credit, plans and payment
- Credit. Running a model uses credit, counted in US dollars. The app shows about what a run will cost before it starts; that figure is an estimate, and what is taken is what the run actually used. If a step fails before anything was made, the credit set aside for it is given back.
- Buying credit. Credit is bought in packs, and a pack adds exactly what was paid for it. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Monthly plans. A paid plan is charged by the month, in advance, and renews by itself until you cancel it. What a plan costs and includes is shown where you choose it. You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the month already paid for.
- Refunds. Payments for credit and for plans are not refunded, except where the law requires. Nothing in these terms takes away a right to a refund that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
- Payment and tax. Payments are taken by Stripe. Prices do not include taxes that your country may add.
- Changes in price. We may change the price of credit, of plans or of running a model. A new price for a plan applies from your next month, and we tell you beforehand.
5. Your content
What you upload is yours, and so is what the app makes for you, as far as the law and the terms of the model that made it allow. We claim no ownership of either.
You give us permission to store, copy and process your content only as far as is needed to run the app for you: to keep it, to send it to the models you choose, and to show it back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, including logos, music, pictures and recordings of people, and that using it in the app does not break anyone else’s rights.
Some files in your Gallery were not made by the app or uploaded by you: a Search and pick block took them, at your instruction, from a web page you gave it, or from a stock library it searched. Using a file taken this way is your responsibility, the same as a file you upload yourself: you must have the right to use it, and the app taking it for you does not change that.
Beside such a file we show how we read what its licence allows — “Free to use”, “Needs a credit”, or “May be copyrighted” — and where it was taken from. That mark is the app’s own reading of a licence. It is not legal advice, it does not make your use of the file lawful, and it does not protect you or us if the reading is wrong.
If a file taken this way is yours and you want it removed, write to vasuphol@vasupholatharyuti.com with the file and where it appears in the app, and we will take it down.
6. What is not allowed
You agree not to use the app to make, upload or publish:
- anything illegal, or anything that helps someone break the law;
- sexual content involving anyone under 18, or sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent;
- a picture, voice or video of a real person that is made to deceive, to harass or to defame, or that uses their likeness without their consent;
- content that copies someone else’s work, brand or likeness without the right to;
- threats, harassment, or content that promotes violence or hatred against people for who they are;
- spam, scams, or anything made to mislead people about who it comes from.
You also agree not to:
- break into the app, get around its limits, or use someone else’s account;
- resell access to the app or its models without our written agreement;
- break the usage rules of the company whose model you are using, or of a platform you publish to.
We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. What the models make
Results come from AI models. They can be wrong, can look like what the same model made for someone else, and can contain things you did not ask for. Check a result before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for what you do with it.
Where a platform or the law asks you to say that something was made with AI, it is for you to say so.
9. Other companies’ services
The app relies on services run by other companies: the AI model providers, Stripe for payments, and the platforms you connect. Their services are theirs, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they do or for their being unavailable.
10. Ending
You can stop using the app at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to vasuphol@vasupholatharyuti.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the app or other people at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first.
When an account ends, unused credit is not refunded, except where the law requires.
11. No guarantees, and limits on what we owe
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, free of faults, or fit for a particular purpose.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss, and the most we owe you for anything to do with the app is the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and if the change matters we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
13. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes about them are for the courts of Thailand. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
14. Contact
Mota Software, Thailand. Email: vasuphol@vasupholatharyuti.com
8. Connected social accounts
If you connect a YouTube, TikTok or Instagram account, you allow the app to act for that account as you instruct it: to upload what you choose and to read the account’s figures. You are responsible for what is published to your accounts, and each platform’s own terms apply to it. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Motaclip uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
